Connect with support systems: Organizations like PFLAG offer great resources for parents of LGBTQ+ youth.

Remember, this journey might bring up complex emotions for you too. That's okay. It's normal to feel a mix of emotions, including confusion or worry. What matters most is that you continue to show love and support for your child.
